We work in the second
oldest profession.
Waste. And we think it's one of the most misunderstood industries in the UAE.
Before Ree, we kept seeing the same thing: companies paying for waste management without really knowing what they were getting.
No data. No transparency. No clear answers to simple questions.
At some point it just clicked — this shouldn’t be normal. So we built Ree.

Why we do this
  • Waste is being misreported. Everywhere.
Most waste companies own the whole chain — trucks, facility, landfill. When they tell you 93% of your waste is diverted, nobody's checking.

We started Ree because businesses deserve independent data about what happens to their waste.
  • Waste is an asset. Most businesses haven't found out yet.
A bottle isn't just something to throw away. It's a material with value — as a recyclable, as a product, as proof of something.

We built a service around that idea because nobody else had.
  • You can't change what you can't see.
Data changes behaviour. Staff engagement going from 14% to a zero-waste culture — that happened because people could see what was in the bins each week.

The dashboard isn't just a reporting tool. It's a change tool.

    Collection & Sorting
Your waste company picks up. We show you what was in the bags.
Where the work actually happens.
Our facility is in Ras Al Khor Industrial Estate, Dubai. This is where every bag comes. Where everything gets sorted. Where products get made.
We invite every prospect to come here before they sign anything.

Because seeing how we sort is worth more than any sales conversation.
Most people who visit leave with a different relationship to the word "waste."
