Control
Contamination & Compliance Alerts
Flags when something goes wrong — before it becomes a pattern you find out about six months later in an annual summary.
What this is
An alert layer within the Waste Control Panel that flags contamination rate spikes, stream anomalies, compliance-threshold proximity, and collection irregularities — enabling immediate investigation before problems embed.
Contamination problems in UAE facilities are typically invisible until embedded for months. By the time a report surfaces the issue, the root cause has usually been entrenched for weeks — meaning the remediation cost is significantly higher than early intervention would have been.
The problem it solves
Exception-based management requires exceptions to be visible in real time. A monthly report tells you about a problem you had last month. An alert tells you about a problem you have today.

Frequently asked questions
  • Who gets the alerts?
Whoever you nominate — FM manager, sustainability officer, operations lead. We recommend at least two contacts per site. Alerts go by email and are also visible in the dashboard.
  • Can we configure the thresholds?
Yes. Default thresholds are set from sector benchmarks, but every threshold is adjustable. You decide what constitutes an anomaly for your operation.
  • What do we do when we receive an alert?
The alert tells you what stream, what site, and what the deviation is. Your first step is to check the generation point and inform cleaning or operations staff. We can also schedule a call if the pattern is recurring.
